Warranty Procedure
1. Initial Assessment:
- Check the warranty terms and conditions to ensure your claim falls within the coverage period of 18 months from date of purchase
- Gather relevant documents, including the original purchase receipt
2. Contact Customer Support:
- Reach out to our customer support at support@across.sg
- Provide product details, purchase date, and a clear description of the manufacturing defect.
3. Return Authorization:
- The customer support representative will issue a return authorization (RA) number for tracking purposes.
4. Product Return:
- Pack the defective mobile accessory product, including all original accessories, securely.
- Clearly label the package with the RA number and follow the return instructions provided by customer support.
- Use a traceable shipping method and retain the tracking number.
5. Evaluation and Exchange:
- Once we receive the returned product, we will evaluate the manufacturing defect.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a 1-to-1 exchange for a new product.
6. Resolution Notification:
- The customer support representative will inform you of the resolution, confirming the exchange.
7. Product Exchange:
- We will ship the new product to you using the specified method, typically by courier so that you can get the product back faster.
8. Follow-Up:
- Upon receiving the exchanged product, inspect it to ensure it meets your expectations and the defect has been resolved.

What are the considered manufacturing defects?
1. Faulty Charging Port: A manufacturing defect in the charging port could result in connectivity issues or the inability to charge the device properly.
2. Defective Buttons or Controls: Buttons or controls that do not function correctly or get stuck due to manufacturing issues would be considered a defect.
3. Poor Audio Quality: If the mobile accessory, such as headphones or speakers, produces distorted or low-quality sound due to manufacturing faults, it would be considered a defect.
4. Malfunctioning Bluetooth Connectivity: If a wireless mobile accessory, such as Bluetooth headphones or speakers, has inconsistent or unreliable connectivity due to manufacturing issues, it would be considered a defect.
5. Cracked or Faulty Cables: Cables that break easily, have loose connections, or exhibit signs of wear and tear shortly after purchase due to manufacturing defects would be considered defects.
6. Flawed Design or Construction: Mobile accessories with design or construction flaws that result in frequent breakages, structural weaknesses, or premature damage would be considered defects.
7. Non-Responsive Touchscreen: If a touchscreen mobile accessory, such as a stylus or touch-sensitive gloves, fails to register touch inputs consistently or accurately due to manufacturing defects, it would be considered a defect.
8. Poor Battery Performance: Mobile accessories with batteries that drain rapidly or fail to hold a charge as expected due to manufacturing issues would be considered defective.
